Easter Bunny Visits The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital

The Easter Bunny recently visited The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital, thanks to the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office. The day was a great success, as the bunny delivered stuffed animals to patients and posed for pictures with families.

The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital has worked with the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office for 13 years, bringing the Easter Bunny to patients who are unable to spend Easter at home because of an illness or injury. “Visiting the Hospital with the Easter Bunny is one of our favorite events. It brings us joy to participate, as we love seeing all the smiles the Easter Bunny brings,” said Mark Grande, public information officer, Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office.

The partnership between the Hospital and the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office was created through The Easter Bunny Foundation. The foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide a visit from the Easter Bunny during the week of Easter, to visit children’s hospitals across the United States.
